This product is an environmentally friendly, lead-free, halogen-free, and clean-free soldering flux with high insulation resistance value, which meets the requirements of halogen-free IEC61249-2-21. It does not produce corrosion before and after soldering, leaves little residue on the PCB, and the board surface is dry and non-sticky, and does not require cleaning. It has passed strict copper mirror and copper plate corrosion tests and insulation resistance tests, has high temperature resistance, can make lead-free solder quickly wet, diffuse, and weld fully, has good tin penetration, and effectively prevents short circuits.
